This course is designed as a series of three skills seminars.  The purpose of the course is to develop critical skill sets in three distinct areas of contemporary industrial relations practice:

  1. Costing collective bargaining proposals;
  2. Workplace investigations; and
  3. Performance management systems and practices;

The fundamental learning objectives across all three skills seminars are to develop abilities to critically analyze workplace problems, enhance the applied, professional skills in each functional area, extend the learning beyond the classroom, and ensure graduates have the ability to understand multiple perspectives on workplace issues.
